June 29 to July 1st, 2015 – From Olympic Forest, Washington to Vancouver, BC
Since campsite from last night didn’t have shower, I rode back to Forks in the morning to take a shower and then back to campsite to pack and get back on the road.
Hot weather and Crescent lake looking like this you just want to jump in the water!
Took ferry from Port Townsend to Fort Casey
As always trying to avoid highway and taking side roads.
Tthrough Larrabee state park and Chuckanut drive…
After that It was a hot long ride through cities and very busy at the border.
Back in Canada again, and of course more expensive gas!
Still long ride to get to my sister’s in Downtown area Vancouver.
It’s 8700km being on the road in this trip and time for oil change, found a place and took the bike for service at Rising Sun in Vancouver. It end up a bit pricy, but I was happy to get the service done in couple of hours without appointment and just before Canada day holiday.
For the next two days, I stayed at my sister’s apartment and visited relatives that few I have not seen for more than a decade!
Days 24-26: 430km
